Having always being interested in business from a very early age, Raj built up an impressive residential property portfolio within Teesside during the 80’s.

During the early 1990s, Raj changed his business focus to care homes. Raj sold all of his properties to gather funds to buy his first care home development site and built his first of many care homes in 1994.

The Prestige Group, under Raj’s experienced steer, now owns a number of care homes and investments, both within the UK and overseas, and is a multi-million pound enterprise including P&R Construction.

Andy joined the Prestige Group in 2009 and held the post of Group Finance Director until 2019.

In his current role Andy still retains oversight of the financial aspects of P&R Construction and is heavily involved in the financing and legal aspects of acquiring and developing sites and subsequent sales.

Lee joined P&R Construction as Contacts Manager in 2020 and is responsible for all day to day aspects of managing the various developments.

Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in the construction industry since 1993 and having ran his own businesses.

Clare initially joined P&R Construction in 2016 as Group Buyer and has over 20 years’ experience of working in the construction sector, specialising in procurement.

Clare continues to be responsible for all buying as well as supporting the contracts team and ensuring the construction office run smoothly
